Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Delivery Times

Domestic: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–2 additional business days.

International: International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard domestic shipping: $4.99
• International shipping: $19.99

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.

5. Undelivered Packages

If you don't receive your package within the estimated time, contact us at nemcikm7@gmail.com. We monitor all shipments and will work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.

6. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at nemcikm7@gmail.com. Damaged shipments are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
